Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our people-first manufacturing culture by delivering accurate, timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees. You will process biweekly payroll, validate time and attendance, and maintain HRIS and payroll records for our Wisconsin operations.

You’ll calculate deductions, bonuses, and premiums, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, and prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit HRIS and payroll documentation.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to Finance and HR.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll matters.
• Assist with year-end activities and year-end tax filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements in payroll workflows.
