Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for all employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports.
• Maintain and update payroll records.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction payroll.
• Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports.
• Proficiency in payroll software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Pay

$18–$23 per hour.

Drug Test and Background Check
