Qualifications

  • 18 months of experience or 18 months of training in accounting and/or finance, including spreadsheet software.
  • High school technical program in accounting, or associate core program in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum qualifications may apply as specified by agency.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain payroll data in Kronos and related systems accurately.
  • Verify and post leave usage and schedules; process taxes and deductions.
  • Review OAKS and Cognos reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with payroll questions and provide information to staff.
