Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to help keep our financial operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, growing team. You will process biweekly payroll, manage payables, handle subcontractor documentation, and support the accounting staff with data entry and software access.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and experience with QuickBooks or similar software.

Qualifications

• Prior accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks (or similar software) a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Manage accounts payable and vendor files.
• Handle subcontractor documentation (W-9s, insurance certs).
• Assist managers with time approvals in QuickBooks Time.
• Reconcile company credit card transactions.
• Perform basic job costing and data entry in company systems.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial standards.
• Assist employees with software access for company systems.
• Asset management including vehicle/equipment/software inventory and QA tracking.
