Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and benefit allocations.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Support audits and reporting related to payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data integrity.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
