Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage accurate, timely multi-state payroll processing and payroll-related accounting. This role collaborates with HR, Finance, and Operations to support employees and uphold internal controls.

You will handle weekly/bi-weekly payroll, records, taxes, PTO, deductions, and direct deposits, plus journal entries and GL reconciliations. A strong Excel/analytical skill set and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll and accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll systems (Sage HCM utilized).
• Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Position Overview
