Job summary

KyungshinLear is seeking a payroll professional to manage the accurate and timely processing of weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multi-state employees. You will prepare and post journal entries, handle wage garnishments, and respond to employee inquiries.

The role supports audits, budgeting, and related payroll activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This position offers growth opportunities within a collaborative, multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant business field.
• Experience with payroll processing in systems (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on a timely basis.

• Communicate payroll information to employees.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and post monthly journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare supporting reports and/or schedules for related accounts.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget.
• Support internal and external audits by pulling documentation, preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
