Hippocratic AI seeks an Deployment Strategist for Payors to lead customer deployments that translate AI into measurable payor outcomes. You will plan implementations, coordinate teams, drive adoption, and ensure value across administrative, care management, and member workflows.

You will collaborate with implementation managers, engineers, product managers, and clinical experts, guiding customers from planning through launch and long-term impact in healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment, implementation or customer-facing roles in healthcare Enterprise.
• Strong understanding of payor workflows and organizational dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex engagements with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating customer goals into execution plans.
• Track record leading cross-functional deployment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for payor customers with clear timelines and milestones.
• Translate business priorities and constraints into actionable deployment plans.
• Coordinate across deployment, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Drive readiness activities: training, risk tracking, rollout sequencing, launch prep.
• Identify blockers and keep go-live timelines and customer outcomes on track.
• Guide customers through rollout and organizational change to adoption.
• Capture learnings to build repeatable playbooks and best practices.
• Inform internal product and process improvements from deployment insights.
