Job summary

Hippocratic AI Inc. seeks a Deployment Strategist for Payors to lead customer deployments that translate AI into measurable outcomes for health plans.

You will coordinate across teams, drive adoption, and guide organizations through implementation and change. You will partner with implementation managers, engineers, product managers, and clinical experts, ensuring value delivery in complex administrative, care management, and member workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment, implementation, customer success, strategic operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of payor workflows and healthcare operations.
• Ability to manage complex engagements with multiple stakeholders across ops, clinical programs, IT, compliance, and exec functions.
• Excellent communication translating customer goals to internal plans.
• Strong project leadership in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for payor customers, ensuring timelines, ownership, milestones, and successful outcomes.
• Translate customer priorities and constraints into actionable deployment plans.
• Coordinate across deployment, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to keep implementations moving forward.
• Drive deployment readiness, including stakeholder alignment, rollout sequencing, and training plans.
• Identify blockers early and resolve issues affecting go-live, member experience, or outcomes.
• Capture learnings to create repeatable playbooks and best practices for future deployments.
• Inform internal product and process improvements using deployment insights.
