SGA Dental Partners in Claxton, GA is seeking a Payor Contracting Manager to lead contracting and credentialing across provider networks. You will oversee onboarding, applications, renewals, and maintain compliant documentation for multiple providers and entities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in payor contracting/credentialing within a dental or healthcare setting, with strong leadership and process improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of payor contracting/credentialing/revenue cycle management in healthcare.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance payor processes and credentialing standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise credentialing support teams.
• Own and oversee payor contracting and credentialing functions; assist during high-volume periods.
• Train, mentor, and manage team performance for efficiency and accuracy.
• Address contracting/credentialing issues for pending contracts, re-credentialing, new locations, missing documents, and payor updates.
• Load providers and offices into contracting systems and distribute application packets to payors.
• Maintain current provider data including licenses, COIs, and expirables.
• Coordinate with offices during contract changes or renewals.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to identify process improvements.
• Perform additional administrative or operational duties as needed.
