Job summary

SGA Dental Partners in Claxton, GA seeks a Payor Contracting Manager to lead contracting and credentialing for multiple locations. You will oversee onboarding, payor applications, and renewals, ensuring compliant provider data and accurate documentation.

You will supervise credentialing teams, drive process improvements with revenue cycle leadership, and mentor staff in a fast-paced dental service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of payor contracting, credentialing, or revenue cycle management in dental/healthcare.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance payor processes and credentialing standards.
• Experience with CAQH, payer portals, and provider data management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the credentialing support teams.
• Provide complete ownership and oversight of the payor contracting function, including day-to-day execution during high-volume periods.
• Train, mentor, and proactively manage team performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and address contracting and credentialing issues for awaiting or pending contracts and renewals.
• Load new providers and offices into the contracting system and follow up with payors as needed.
• Maintain and track current data for all doctor/provider credentials, including licenses and COIs.
• Lead communication with offices during contract changes or renewals.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership to identify process improvements.

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Payor Contracting Manager in Claxton, GAThe Payor Contracting Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the payor contracting and credentialing functions within the organization. This role ensures efficient execution of all provider onboarding, payor applications, and renewals, while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation across all providers and entities.
