Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Payor Contracting Manager in Claxton, GA to lead payor contracting and credentialing functions across multiple locations. The role requires overseeing onboarding, payor applications, and renewals while ensuring compliant documentation for providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong detail orientation, proactive leadership, and prior experience in dental or healthcare contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of payor contracting, credentialing, or revenue cycle management experience in healthcare/dental setting.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise credentialing support teams.
• Own payor contracting function and support day-to-day execution during peak periods.
• Train and mentor team; drive performance and process efficiency.
• Address contracting/credentialing issues for pending contracts, re-credentialing, new locations, and updates.
