Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in FP&A or related roles, SaaS/fintech experience preferred.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the Paymode business.
• Analyze revenue, volume, pricing, and margin drivers; provide actionable guidance.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for revenue and spend.
• Prepare executive-ready narratives and materials for leadership and board reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and BI teams.
• Monitor performance via close cycles, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
• Drive reporting and planning process improvements and financial discipline.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Support ROI analyses, business cases, and scenario planning.
• Ensure accuracy of actuals, accruals, and variance explanations with accounting.
