Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a System Reliability & Support Specialist for the Lending Payments SRC Team. This in-office role is based in one of several U.S. cities and focuses on application support, production operations, and governance for critical payment systems.

The position demands strong technical troubleshooting, cross-domain collaboration in a regulated financial environment, and commitment to 24/7 operational readiness across multiple technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations within a regulated financial-services environment.
• Knowledge of governance, attestations, continuity testing and audit responses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards.
• Perform maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades.
• Incident detection, resolution and/or escalation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and correction resulting in prevention.
• Monitor systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
• Develop in depth knowledge of supported systems and applications.
• Perform application governance, such as attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, and audits.
