Application support and production operations for enterprise payment or financial systems preferred The SRC (Site Reliability Center) is a 24/7 operation which may include resolving critical systems issues during off hours. The Lending Payments SRC Team is responsible for supporting and improving critical payment-processing services and associated security controls. Team members partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders to maintain platform stability, remediate risks, manage privileged-account compliance, investigate incidents, and drive service improvements. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work across multiple technology domains in a highly regulated financial-services environment.
