Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-based role in Canton, MA focused on Verifone payment terminals integration and support. The ideal candidate will bring experience with payment hardware/software and strong analytics to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

The role requires adaptability, excellent communication, and the ability to own issues from detection through resolution, in a fast-paced environment with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting payment hardware/software.
• 2+ years consulting with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis, trend identification, data analysis.
• Experience negotiating with payment processors, such as Fiserv.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, deploying, supporting, and improving payment solutions and hardware for the client.
• Document technical processes, ensure knowledge base is updated, and track workarounds.
• Review debug logs and datasets; work with vendors to isolate root causes and fixes.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to communicate status and risks.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure estate stability and timely escalation resolution.
• Lead enterprise and line-of-business programs with ownership and delivery accountability.
• Interact with internal and external clients to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
