Qualifications

3+ years supporting payment hardware/software.
Experience with Verifone terminals and VHQ tools.
Experience with payment gateways (Fiserv/FreedomPay).
Hospitality/restaurant tech and POS integration experience.
Familiarity with AI tools and copilots in workflows.
Strong analytical skills and root-cause analysis.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage payment-related vendors and partners.
Participate in daily vendor meetings.
Review and prioritize Jira/backlog tickets.
Analyze payment incidents and support tickets.
Download and review logs to identify root cause.
Coordinate with Verifone/Fiserv/vendor development and QA teams.
