You will partner with product managers and business partners to analyze data, develop executive materials, and drive initiatives that improve performance, streamline processes, and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or related finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or related field.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or a related field within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges.
• Experience working with large and diverse data sets to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience supporting product, strategy, or business management functions within financial services.
• Knowledge of payments, treasury services, or related banking products.
