Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, strategic finance, or related field within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business challenges.
• Experience with large and diverse data sets to develop actionable insights.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication including executive presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives by partnering with product managers and business stakeholders to improve performance and outcomes.
• Develop executive presentations and materials communicating business performance, opportunities, and market insights.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations supporting decision-making and priorities.
