Job summary

Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a proactive Payment Specialist - Payments to drive new business and support existing clients by promoting Global Blue by Shift4’s merchant servicing products, hardware, software, and professional services.

As the frontline salesperson in your territory, you will prospect, set appointments, close deals, onboard new logos, and nurture ongoing client relationships while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in payments, financial services, or technology.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Set appointments with merchants to present Global Blue by Shift4’s Payment Terminal and services.
• Close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and sign new logos in the territory.
• Assist existing clients with add-on services, including hardware and software solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
