WebstaurantStore is seeking a Payments Operations professional to ensure successful program execution and flawless operation with internal teams and external providers. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, analyzing payment performance data, and ensuring credits are processed accurately.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, and Risk to optimize payment features, develop tracking systems, and communicate operations performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist with the launch and ongoing operations of critical programs and initiatives while identifying and implementing operational improvements.
Identify opportunities or issues with new and existing payment features and their processes.
Collaborate with teams across the WebstaurantStore to ensure efficient and streamlined processes for customers.
Help develop tracking and reporting systems to measure, analyze, manage, and communicate operations performance and trends.
Communicate clearly and confidentially with customers, third-party services, and internal departments.
Review customer credits and communications to ensure refunds are issued promptly.
Communicate business needs to software development when necessary.
Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience.
Use all tools to ensure accuracy of payments processes and rectify errors.

Assist with the launch and ongoing operations of critical programs and initiatives while identifying and implementing operational improvements
Identify opportunities or issues with new and existing payment features and their processes
Collaborate with appropriate teams across the WebstaurantStore, leveraging the perspective and strengths of others while seeking to add value. This includes, but is not limited to, Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, Risk, etc. The goal of this is to ensure efficient and streamlined processes and features for customers.
Help develop tracking and reporting systems to measure, analyze, manage, and communicate operations performance and trends
Communicates clearly, empathetically, and confidentially with customers, 3rd party services, and internal departments
Accurately and efficiently reviews customer credits and communications to ensure customers are receiving refunds promptly
Clearly communicates the business perspective on software needs with development when necessary
Evaluate current processes and suggest appropriate improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
Utilize all tools and resources to ensure the accuracy of the payments process and rectify any inaccuracies or errors discovered

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Remote Work Qualifications

Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
Access to a home router and modem.
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
