Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Sales Associate in the Enterprise Technology sales organization in San Francisco.

You will support Sales Managers by coordinating sales activity, preparing client materials, and tracking pipeline progress to drive retention and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sales processes run efficiently, applying disciplined execution and risk awareness in deal activity and client coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with internal partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• CRM tools experience to maintain accurate, timely records.

• High standards for quality and accuracy in written materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize client presentations to support sales initiatives.

• Document deal solutions and proposals for client presentations and negotiations.
• Support development and maintenance of account plans and documentation for reviews.
• Schedule and coordinate client calls and meetings with logistics handled efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute client briefings and document call reports.
• Monitor and update the sales pipeline with timely data entry.
• Track progress of sales opportunities and provide regular status updates.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.
• Operate with a risk-based mindset with adherence to compliance and quality standards.
