Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a Relationship Executive Associate to manage and nurture ongoing client relationships within the Mid-Market portfolio. You will oversee service delivery, escalations, and project oversight to ensure client satisfaction and renewal opportunities.

Collaborating across the Mid-Market team, support teams, and cross-sales, you will drive cohesive engagement, prepare merchant-facing materials for cross-sell opportunities, and track client projects in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial aspects for merchant accounts within the Mid-Market portfolio; address queries involving product, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Manage inbound client requests as a team.
• Collaborate across the Mid-Market, support, and cross-sales teams to ensure cohesive client engagement and determine next actions.
• Advocate for clients internally to resolve queries or prioritise work.
• Develop merchant-facing materials to support cross-sell opportunities and account reviews.
• Track and manage ongoing client projects within Salesforce.
• Build a deep working knowledge of Worldpay products and services.
• Minimal US-domestic travel may be required.
