Job summary

National Exchange Bank & Trust is seeking an Imaging Representative in Wisconsin to support daily operations within Account Services. You will import and balance files, assist branches with POD scanning and balancing, and perform data entry, as well as processing incoming and outgoing return items and error adjustments.

You will support document imaging, checkback, and dormant account processing across business units, helping maintain accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
• Operate standard office and banking equipment and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and banking systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous banking and balancing experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of banking terminology and Reg E/Reg CC guidelines preferred.
• Six to twelve months of on-the-job training required.

Responsibilities

• Import and balance files throughout the day within Account Services under Team Leader.
• Assist branches with scanning and balancing for POD and other items.
• Data entry, processing of incoming/outgoing return items, and error adjustments.
• Support to document imaging, checkback, and dormant account processing across units.
