Job summary

SteerBridge in Vienna, VA is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the QA program across Credit Card Operations, ensuring customer service excellence, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of QA Analysts, monitor interactions, and drive improvements to meet company standards.

The role partners with Operations, Fraud, Disputes, Compliance, and Training to identify trends, implement changes, and enhance the overall customer experience in a hybrid, Vienna-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in QA, credit card ops, or financial services.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience auditing quality and performance evaluations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with QA monitoring tools and MS Office.
• Experience with end-to-end testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payments QA team and set quality standards.
• Design QA processes, scorecards, and SOPs.
• Calibrate QA practices across customer service and operations.
• Evaluate and select QA tools and systems.
• Partner with Ops, Support, Tech, Product, Training for improvements.
• Develop quality scorecards and audit criteria.
• Support UAT and regulatory updates.
• Oversee audits of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor compliance with policies and standards.
• Analyze metrics and report to leadership.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives reducing errors.
• Assist the implementation of new products from QA perspective.
