You will partner with an existing co-branded card product team to define requirements, drive roadmap execution, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customer-facing financial products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience within Financial Services and payments products.
• Proven ability to gather and document product requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, data, business and engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Experience in Agile or scaled Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and drive roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with design, data, business and engineering teams.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap with leadership.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation strategies.
• Support launches of market-facing and customer-facing releases.
• Provide guidance to junior product team members.
