Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) invites an experienced Senior Manager, Product Management – Cards to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Cards portfolio.

You will guide a team of Product Managers delivering Commercial, Prepaid, and Secured Card solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth. You will shape product strategy, mentor professionals, manage lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensure market-leading payments capabilities for CSI's financial institution

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, payments, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading product management teams.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle.
• Hands-on with complex card programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cards product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio execution.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales to deliver initiatives.
• Develop business cases, pricing, ROI for investments.
• Manage full product lifecycle from concept to adoption.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers and Analysts.
