Job summary

Whatnot is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Payments to own the strategy and execution of the core payments platform across the Whatnot marketplace. You will shape how buyers pay, how sellers get paid, and how money moves through the ecosystem, processing billions in GMV across categories and enabling payouts globally.

You will work across the payments stack, partnering with Engineering, Design, Finance, Trust & Safety, Legal, CX, Operations, and other teams to deliver capabilities that

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or marketplace contexts.
• Proven track record leading high-volume payments platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payments domain across the Whatnot marketplace.
• Lead end-to-end payments initiatives including processing, payouts, refunds, and ledger systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Finance, Legal, CX/Ops, and Risk to drive scalable solutions.
