Job summary

Navan is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our Payments platform, a key infrastructure powering billions in transaction volume globally.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, design, finance, and legal to expand Navan's payments capabilities, partner with banks and fintech providers, and define scalable infrastructure that supports current needs and future growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Strong product taste, judgement, and design thinking.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with agency and urgency.
• AI fluency, using AI tools to accelerate your workflows and drive impact.
• Strong systems thinking to design scalable infrastructure that supports both current needs and future growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience for Navan Payments platform, from concept through launch.
• Build strategic relationships with banking partners, PSPs, and fintech infra companies.
• Lead expansion of payments capabilities into new geographies, navigating regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features.
