Job summary

Voiceflow is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments to own the payments roadmap in a fast-paced fintech-enabled environment. You will work closely with engineering and customers to build scalable, reliable payment capabilities across banking, cards, Stripe and SAP integrations.

You will own metrics end-to-end, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive collaboration with partners to improve financial outcomes for users. This on-site role is based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with payments background and fintech exposure.
• Strong attention to detail and finance awareness are desirable.
• Comfortable working closely with customers and engineers, and navigating regulatory aspects.

Senior Product Manager, Payments

Location: San Francisco (Rincon Hill)

The Role

Own our payments product alongside a small, dedicated team. Our platform processes at least $3 billion in payment volume. We move money across a lot of surfaces (banking, debit cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, and payroll), we run our own billing platform, and we lean on third-party partners for most of our fintech capabilities, so much of this is integration, orchestration, and tracking work. There is a lot to build here. You will consolidate a system built across many legacy integrations into something clean, reliable, and fast, and you will spend a lot of time directly with customers.

What You'll Do

• Own the payments product roadmap with a dedicated payments team: banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, payroll, and our billing platform
• Consolidate and simplify a payments platform assembled from many legacy system integrations
• Work hands‑on with the fintech partners who power most of our payment capabilities, and own the integration and reconciliation/tracking layer across them
• Spend significant time with customers to understand how money actually moves for them and where it breaks
• Partner daily with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate
• Navigate the laws and regulations governing payments and financial services
• Own your metrics end to end, from integration reliability to customer outcomes

Who You Are

• Senior PM with a strong payments background (fintech a plus)
• Exceptionally high attention to detail; strong finance background is a plus
• Excited to be close to the build and close to customers, not managing from a distance
• Likes working on a small team and moving fast; bias toward action
• Comfortable with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards
• Uses AI tools and figures things out independently
