As a foundational owner, you will galvanize cross-functional teams, manage external partnerships, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements, driving efficiency and growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering high-impact, large-scale products or tech applications.
• Experience building and managing payments products with external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking for data products and business objectives.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and change readiness at scale.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies and delivering on timelines.
• Direct exposure to the Innovation Economy and Emerging Middle Market needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, launch, and commercialization of the J.P. Morgan Next product.
• Manage external partnerships critical to product development.
• Foster internal relationships to enhance efficiency and coordination across product, tech, and operations teams.
• Develop deep understanding of technical specs and benefits; communicate them to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain visibility of timelines, dependencies, and resources; liaise with stakeholders.
• Drive change-management initiatives across partners; ensure risk and compliance requirements.
• Deliver periodic business updates to stakeholders including Product teams, Technology, client leadership, and legal/controls/compliance.
