Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Connected Banking - Growth team seeks a Product Manager to lead innovation, shape product strategies, and deliver customer-focused launches. You will guide discovery, build and maintain the backlog, and partner with stakeholders to align the roadmap with business growth targets.

You will drive data-informed decision making and collaborate across lines of business to maximize value and achieve strategic objectives in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Partners with other Product Managers to develop strategy, roadmap, and growth targets.
• Collaborates with business units to ensure priorities are integrated into the roadmap and execution.
• Maximizes value from experiences and data; measures product impact on customers and the firm.
• Informs prioritization of centralized marketing and analytical roadmaps.
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
