• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate billing and payment data for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding payments.

• Support backlog reduction efforts by closing out transactions.
