Job summary

Toast is hiring a Payments Pricing & Operations Analyst II to scale our pricing discipline for restaurant and local business customers. You will partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure pricing terms, review deals, and guide contract economics from quote to close.

You will master card processing pricing, support customer conversations, and drive pricing operations improvements while using Salesforce and Excel daily to manage deal flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in analytical, deal support, or operations roles.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple deals and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in contract terms and pricing structures.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience with pricing in card processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review strategic deals with cross-functional partners to ensure sound commercial and pricing decisions.
• Become an expert in card processing pricing, including interchange and processing fees.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance to keep deal reviews on schedule.
• Manage inclusion of customized contract terms within guidelines.
• Track and fulfill contractual financial commitments.
• Handle customer requests on payments pricing and billing, including direct conversations.
