Job summary

Wonderschool, Inc. is seeking a Senior PM to own the payments product and lead a small, dedicated team in a complex fintech environment in San Francisco. The role involves consolidating a platform with many legacy integrations and direct collaboration with customers to understand how money moves in practice.

You will work closely with engineering and fintech partners to build, ship, measure, and iterate while navigating regulatory requirements across payments, banking, and cards.

Qualifications

• Strong payments background with product management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail; finance background is a plus.
• Close collaboration with customers and engineers to ship value.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards.
• Willingness to use AI tools to assist decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments product roadmap with a dedicated team including banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, payroll, and billing platform.
• Consolidate and simplify a payments platform assembled from multiple legacy integrations.
• Lead integration and reconciliation/tracking with fintech partners across systems.
• Spend substantial time with customers to understand how money moves and where it breaks.
• Partner daily with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate.
