Job summary

Wonderschool in San Francisco seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the payments product end-to-end, coordinating a cross-functional team and external fintech partners. You will focus on banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, payroll, and the billing platform, driving reliable, scalable integrations while staying close to customer needs.

You will work directly with customers to understand how money moves in their operations, partner with engineering to ship features, and navigate regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Senior PM with substantial payments experience and fintech familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work close to customers.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, small team environment and moving quickly.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory and banking landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments product roadmap with a dedicated payments team.
• Consolidate a payments platform assembled from legacy integrations.
• Collaborate with fintech partners for integration and reconciliation layers.
• Spend significant time with customers to understand money flows and pain points.
• Partner with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate.
• Navigate the laws and regulations governing payments and financial services.
• Own metrics end-to-end, from integration reliability to customer outcomes.
