Lumion is hiring a Senior Payments Leader to own and scale the payments platform for a nationwide remote team. You will ensure every transaction is accurate, timely, and compliant across multiple payment paths, with accountability for the ledger and tax remittance.

You will shape the roadmap for the payments product, influencing bets and direction, while leading senior engineers and owning the end‑to‑end experience from checkout to settlement.

Qualifications

• Fintech experience with money movement systems in production.
• Keen eye for pennies, fees, reconciliation and settlement.
• Leadership of senior engineers and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payments work end to end across all contracts and facilitators.
• Shape and defend the payments product direction and roadmap.
• Own both front-end and back-end money mechanics in the product.
