Job summary

Lumion is seeking an experienced engineering leader to own the payments platform in South Jordan, Utah. You will oversee ledgers, allocations, accruals, settlements, and reconciliations while hands-on coding when needed.

You will guide product direction, improve collections workflows, and work closely with servicing to reduce friction and improve revenue. Strong PHP/Laravel experience is valued, but depth and judgment matter more.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on production software development experience.
• Background in payments or financial systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead engineers and own technical outcomes while writing code when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments platform, ensuring integrity across contracts and ledgers.
• Guide product direction and revenue growth through data-driven decisions.
• Lead engineering teams and contribute to code and design reviews.
• Improve servicing workflows and payment-facilitating integrations.
