Job summary

Lumion is seeking a Lead Engineer for its Payments Platform in South Jordan, Utah. You will lead the engineering team responsible for the payments platform, owning ledgers, settlements, allocation, and payoff calculations, while contributing hands-on coding where needed.

You will partner with servicing to improve collections and guide product direction, measuring success by payment reliability, revenue growth, and reduced servicing friction. This role blends leadership with deep technical work.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with money movement, ledgers, reconciliation, or payments.
• Ability to lead engineers and own technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial integrity of the payments platform across contracts, ledgers, and settlements.
• Lead engineering efforts, set direction, and coach team members.
