Job summary

Apptad Inc. seeks a senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in global payments and customer-facing digital platforms. You will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design for payment platforms, creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, flows and UI prototypes.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, developers and QA in Agile environments, driving end-to-end payment transformation, digital channel enhancements, UAT and regulatory compliance.

• Seasoned BA with 10+ years in payments and customer-facing digital platforms.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing and delivering intuitive web/mobile experiences.
