Job summary

CPB Group is seeking a Specialist – Wire Transfer & Settlements in Honolulu, HI to ensure accurate and timely processing of all payments. This full-time on-site role requires handling Fed, SWIFT, and Internet payments, daily reconciliations, and adherence to internal and regulatory reporting requirements.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma with a Bachelor’s in Business/Accounting preferred, and 1–2 years in Banking/Financial services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of Banking/Financial service experience required.
• 2+ years of Banking/Financial service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Inputs, verifies, approves, releases and ensures notification of outgoing and incoming Fed, SWIFT, and Internet payments.
• Prepares, posts, balances, and reconciles daily accounting and system EOD processes
• Tracks, maintains, and compiles data as necessary to assist or meet the department’s reporting requirements
• Knowledge of and compliance with the state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, and the bank’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, UCC4A, Reg E, and other consumer protection regulations and industry, ethical or fiduciary practices or standards.
