Job summary

Stride Bank, N.A. is seeking a Payment Services Specialist I to process high volumes of ACH and wire transactions and support internal and external partners. You will resolve escalated inquiries, apply basic regulatory knowledge, and uphold fraud and AML controls.

The role emphasizes accuracy, quick issue resolution, and collaboration with bank personnel to ensure timely processing and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ bank operations experience in ACH or wires, or 2-3 years’ experience in retail banking or financial institution customer service, or 3-5 years’ similar work experience.
• Experience with Jack Henry Products, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes high volumes of incoming and outgoing ACH or wire transactions.
• Corresponds with Bank personnel to resolve escalated inquiries and issues accurately and timely.
• Provides customer support to internal and external partners and assists in handling customer support issues.
• Exhibits basic understanding of Federal Regulations governing Wire Transfer or ACH transactions and required timeframes for end-of-day borrowing and balancing.
• Exhibits basic working knowledge of fraud and anti-money laundering regulations.
