Job summary

Adidas in Portland, Oregon seeks a Manager for Payment Operations to drive the operational performance and continuous improvement of our digital payments ecosystem across North America. You will partner with business, IT, finance, risk, and external payment partners to ensure reliable processing and a seamless consumer experience.

You will monitor payment performance, coordinate incident resolution, and support key initiatives while managing vendor relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, CS, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years delivering projects with hands-on PMO/lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance and optimization of North American payment operations.
• Monitor KPIs, coordinate incident resolution, and drive improvements.
• Manage relationships with payment vendors, gateways and service providers.
• Support payment initiatives and ensure operational readiness across teams.
• Collaborate with product, IT, finance, risk, and partners to meet objectives.
• Governance, compliance and risk activities related to payments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovative payment solutions.
