Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Manager for Payment Operations to oversee the North American digital payments ecosystem, ensuring stable processing and operational excellence. You will drive optimization, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate incident resolution to support omnichannel payments strategy.

You will partner with IT, product, finance, risk, and external partners, driving initiatives and ensuring a seamless consumer experience across North America.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, CS, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project delivery experience with hands-on PMO/lead role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee North American payments operations performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor payment performance and drive KPI optimization.
• Be primary operational contact for payment service providers and vendors.
• Coordinate incident resolution to minimize business impact.
• Support delivery of payment projects with cross-functional teams.
• Define requirements, testing needs, and processes for new payment capabilities.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external partners to align priorities.
