Job summary

Adidas, Portland, OR, seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Talent Acquisition (North America) to lead strategy and execution for recruiting across the NA retail fleet and back-office corporate functions. You will build a regionally aligned model, partner with store leaders, and drive hiring for openings, expansions, remodels, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Experience leading and developing recruiting teams (3+ years).
• Experience supporting retail, high-volume, multi-site or field-based recruiting.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, and analytics/AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail Talent Acquisition strategy across NA retail fleet and corporate function.
• Build partnerships with Retail HR, regional directors, district managers, and field leadership.
• Lead and develop regionally aligned recruiting teams for store leadership and back-office roles.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for store supervisors, store leaders, and priority roles.
• Provide direct recruiting support for senior, complex retail searches as needed.
• Plan talent and recruitment readiness for store openings, expansions, and peak periods.
• Use metrics and market insights to shape recruiting strategies.
