OmniSource is seeking a Transaction Clerk to ensure accurate payment processing and invoicing for our customers. This role requires excellent communication across departments and a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with a professional attitude and reliability.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare transactions for posting and resolve posting issues.
• Follow up on outstanding issues with purchases and shipments.
• Support teammates through cross-training and general office duties.
• Communicate effectively with management and suppliers.
• Maintain accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
