Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Payments Implementation professional in the United States to manage the full lifecycle for merchant onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live. You will coordinate ERP-to-payment gateway integrations across NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and Salesforce.

You will apply industry knowledge of underwriting, merchant risk, interchange, and ISO relationships to guide customer decisions and ensure compliant onboarding across multiple processing environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, merchant services, or fintech
• Hands-on experience managing ERP-to-payment-gateway integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Oracle, or Salesforce)
• Familiarity with major payment gateways: CyberSource, NMI, CardConnect, Accept.blue, or similar
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-party implementation projects with competing timelines
• Working knowledge of underwriting, merchant risk, chargebacks, and acquiring bank requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for new merchant clients — from kickoff through onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live
• Manage concurrent ERP integration projects across platforms including NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce
• Coordinate integrations with payment gateways such as CyberSource, Accept.blue, NMI, Paytrix, and Cardpointe
• Apply knowledge of payment industry fundamentals to guide client decisions in onboarding and underwriting
• Understand and advise on the structure of ISO/agent relationships and how they affect implementation and onboarding requirements
• Support merchant onboarding documentation, underwriting submissions, and gateway configuration across multiple processing environments
