Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a senior Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations to own and accelerate the global payments growth strategy. You will act as the strategic conductor for our payments business, driving adoption of transactional features and hitting ambitious revenue targets across the merchant base.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in strategy/operations, experience with payment processors, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or Strategy & Operations.
• Direct experience with payment processors, gateways, or products with transactional models.
• Ability to own ambiguous projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Data analysis and financial modeling experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate global payments growth strategy; drive adoption of transactional features.
• Shape Pricing & Packaging strategy and optimize take rates and fees.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
• Conduct market sizing and competitive analysis for regional opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports translating data into insights.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
