Job summary

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a senior product leader to own the Payments and Fraud portfolio across Disney's streaming businesses. You will shape the multi-year roadmap, reduce involuntary churn, optimize processing and introduce new payment methods while leading a team of product managers.

You will champion an experimentation-first culture, run large-scale A/B tests, leverage ML and analytics, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Marketing to drive measurable

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in streaming or digital media.
• 3+ years directly managing product managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep expertise across payments processing, routing, authorization optimization, retries, local methods, and fraud risk.
• Proven ability to drive churn reduction, revenue, and conversions through large-scale experimentation.
• Strong statistics and experimentation skills and ability to tell a data-driven story to executives.
• Ability to prioritize and roadmap across geographies and teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and own multi-year Payments & Fraud strategy and roadmap aligned to OKRs.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers and set goals.
• Act as authority in payments & fraud and provide thought leadership.
• Drive rigorous experimentation and measurement, prioritizing test pipelines and validated results.
• Partner with engineering, data science, finance, legal, operations, and marketing to deliver the roadmap.
