Job summary

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Strategy & Operations Principal, Streaming to act as the analytical backbone for the Streaming Product & Technology leadership. You will help set OKRs, measure performance, and drive operational momentum across Disney's streaming platforms such as Disney+ and Hulu.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to surface insights, frame trade-offs, and guide executive decisions with data-driven narratives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ProdOps, Strategy, or Analytics in tech environments.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL.
• Experience defining and measuring OKRs/KPIs.
• Bias for action and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive OKR-setting for Streaming Product & Technology leadership.
• Be the analytical backbone for key metrics across teams.
• Support leadership review forums and identify opportunities to improve velocity.
• Plan and coordinate town halls and large-scale events representing Streaming Product & Technology.
